Reporting a wrong time
Before writing, a quick check usually explains the difference: the site shows time straight from your browser's IANA database, so a stale browser or an out-of-date operating-system clock is the most common cause. If you still believe a value is wrong, include the city, the date and hour, what the site displayed and what you expected, plus your operating system and browser version. Screenshots are gold.
